• The first official newsletter of the Satellite Educators Association (SEA), InfoSEA, was coordinated and published in print form for the SEA by Nancy NcIntyre, then SEA Conference Coordinator. She offered this service through her office as Director of the Educational Center for Earth Observations at West Chester University, Pennsylvania, for most of a decade starting in the early 1990s. The on-line form of the SEA Newsletter was initiated by Vic Everett of VEverett.com for the SEA in 2007 and continued by Pete Arvedson for SEA in 2015. All items appearing in InfoSEA and the SEA Newsletter are written by SEA members or gleaned from NOAA, NASA, and the aerospace and education communities.

• Current and past issues of the SEA Newsletter are available from the links below. If needed, most issues prior to those listed below (2015 to date) can be requested from SEA.Newsletter@SatEd.org. Please include in the request the name and email address of the requester, the reason for the request and a brief statement of how the requested information will be used. Please be aware that some outisde links in back issues of the SEA Newsletter may no long function.

• When printing the newsletter from the screen, it is recommended that you use your browser's Page Setup or printer's Preferences to scale the page before printing.

• More Lessons from the Sky has been a periodic feature of the SEA Newsletter since 2011. The column presents a complete lesson plan module for use in grades K-12. The lesson plans are checked and updated annually. Each is freely available at any time from our SEA Lesson Plan Library. The Library features search routines for finding lessons addressing specific Next Generation Science Standards, lessons addressing specific science and engineering practices and/or cross cutting concepts, as well as search by title, grade and subject area.
